Project/Programme Management Office (PMO) Set up

Our experience in setting up and running PMO and Project Control departments, from Project Support Office to Programme Office and Executive or Strategy Programme Office levels, covers different types of organisations in the Utilities and Infrastructure sectors for Client, Construction and Consultancy companies.


Our extensive experience, capability and collaboration with other parties to support different types of organisations in managing P3M systems and software tools. Enables us to support Clients in:

Delivery of consultancy, training and/or expert advice about managing the effects of complexity in projects based on the endorsed by ICCPM Framework for Managing Complexity of Interconnections (F4MCI®). Written and gave presentations on the subject at industry conferences and Universities.

Education & Training

Our engagement with the London Metropolitan College / University of West London partnership as Course Leader of the BSc in Project Control and Senior Lecturer in the BSc in Project Management includes the set up and delivery of a number of course modules. Generated and delivered training modules on P3M processes to all company levels and departments in UK and overseas.
